Minato is the oldest sibling of Minako and the cook in NRC along with the ghosts to help him. Delinquent at heart used to be kind he's mostly rude, strict, overprotective of Minako mostly those who she may be close to with currently struggle to bond with people but looks up to Professor Trein and his grandfather.
His UM is Moonlight High Above; causing his hair to turn blue like the moon unlike Minako's UM relates to life and heal, his is related to decaying and ruin he is not allowed to touch any living contact once he activates it he may also summon dark spikes.
